What is Hypnosis?


Hypnosis 

The word hypnosis comes from the Greek word “hypos” which means sleep. Hypnosis is a method to improve the communication between human body and mind. It is an abbreviation of the term neuron-hypnotism which means sleep of the nervous system. Hypnosis is a tool that can help you to overcome from the bad effects of emotional, physical and psychological and make your consciousness more powerful. In hypnosis condition your mind sends all the commands to sub-conscious mind. Where your mind commands accepted and your sub-conscious mind acted on all acceptable commands. This all the process is based upon the consciousness thought process. In consciousness thought process emotions and logical activity controlled by subconscious mind. Inductive activity controlled by conscious mind.

Many myths spread in the world about the hypnosis like “Hypnosis is uses to control human mind and to make people do and say things that they never do or say.”

How to perform self-hypnosis?

Self-Hypnosis Technics

Self-hypnosis/Self-Improvement is a type of meditation.

1. Get ready for self-Hypnosis

  • At first you need to attire comfortable cloths.
  • Assure that temperature around you is comfortable.
  • If all the steps doing at cool place you have blanket and winter cloths.

2. Now go to in noiseless room

  • Sit in any comfortable chair or beds where you feel relax.
  • If you want to lie down, you can.
  • In comfortable position no body part cross (cross legs) each other this make tight your body.

3.  Off all disturbing elements

  • Insure that you are not disturbing for an hour.
  • Your mobile should be switch off.
  • No one can disturb you because this time is yours.
  • Now you need dream to avoiding your negative experience it need approx. 20 minutes.

4. Now you need to recall your goals for hypnosis
   
Mostly self-hypnosis uses for relax if you want to achieve greater goal you can. For example  you want to reduce your weight, quit any bad habit and train your brain. Make a list of all  goals and use. If you want to think more positive, aim for something like, think along the lines of "I am capable of whatever I set my mind to. I am in control and I am valuable."
If you want to think for good health, think along lines of “I am become healthy and feeling  happy.”

5. Now slowly close your eyes and free your mind from any emotion of fear,  nervousness and stress.
  •       When you starting you feel difficulties (not to think negative points).
  •    When all this occurs you need to observe all thoughts and meditate.
  •     For meditation you need to assume a small dot on the wall and focus on it.


6. Imagine that all the tension removing from your body.

  • Feel that tension is falling out from the lower part (toes) of your body.
  • Visualize slowly all the tension is removing all your body part each part one time.(sequence    like toes, legs, hips, stomach and more.)
  • After that feel relax all your body parts toes to head.

7. Now you take deep breath but slowly.

  • Let your breath out and imagine all your negative thoughts, tension and stress come out with air.
  • Again you breathe in and imagine that your body is filling with positive energy.

8. Now you imagine that you eat a piece of tamarind and notice your reaction (feel its taste).

  • Now feel all your body sense positively.
  • Feel coolness around your body start from your legs (like you are step down in water) finally feel your body become cool.
  • And repeat all the statement (in present tense) that you want to achieve in your real life.


9. Now you visualize that you come out from self-hypnosis state as stair out from the water.

  • Open your eyes slowly.
  • Now you feel positive and motivation towards your goals.
